Seismic Shock
Izzy can cause shock waves in the earth whenever she wishes, so long as she is actually touching the ground. Otherwise, this power has no purpose. This power can cause an absolute maximum of a 6 on the Richter scale, and the more powerful she makes them, the weaker she gets.
Terrakinesis
Izzy can control and lift rock with her mind, but in order to retrieve any rock or mineral, she must be able to make a strong stance, which is almost always a horse stance. Additionally, she can make constructs out of rock, such as armor or weaponry, almost free of weight due to her psychic powers. Rocks lifted can achieve a maximum of 10 tons. The larger the rock the harder she has to focus to make it move.
Super Diggy-Do's!
Izzys next power, which she calls 'Super Diggy-Dos', allow her to burrow under the ground and travel through the ground at a maximum speed of 85 mph. This power is very destructive, leaving a rather large cavern in the ground behind her. Lets all do a Diggy-Do
Seismic Vibrations
Izzy is able to sense vibrations in the earth, allowing her to tell where anything is and what they're doing within a mile. Additionally, this power helps her tell when someone is lying. When someone lies, their heartbeat will grow faster. Izzy can feel and exploit this. Anything that isn't on the ground is exempt from this.

Without contact to the ground or a source nearby, Izzy can't use her mutant abilities. Sadface.

Mental Blocks
If someone were to use psychic abilities on her, Izzy wouldn't be able to use her powers. At all.
Equipment:
Diamond Bracelet
A bracelet made purely of diamond that Izzy made throughout her many treks underground. It's her most prized possession and she can use it as a weapon if she isn't near the ground. Good luck prying that from her.
Goggles
Izzy pulls goggles down over her eyes when she does her Diggy-Dos and sometimes during combat.
=Psychology=
Personality: Izzy is very bubbly and hyper. She loves running around and usually loves being a mutant and having her powers, unlike most. She is more of a free spirit and is more used to moving around, however she can easily be swayed by how lonely she is.
Mental Strengths:
Ummm..not strategic. Definitely not super smart...VERY NICE! ^^
Interests: A very huggy person, rocks and geology, and...girls.

History:
As a baby, Izzy's family took a nice vacation to South America. Great island there, beautiful weather and living conditions. Unfortunately it doesn't always work out so wonderfully for everyone!
The island was owned by a drug cartel that used slaves to run their empire. When Izzy's family refused to work her entire family was massacred and she was raised into slavery. This had some advantages. It definitely helped her develop some muscle, and luckily the slavers were careful to keep their slaves strong. Didn't need them getting lazy on the job.
Above all, Izzy had been put to work in a mine with the rest of the kids they had abducted. Rather than being miserable like most of the kids, Izzy was actually rather happy down there! She loved living in the dirt and rocks! She somehow KNEW what all of it was and how to find it!
One day though, everything went even further down hill when the mine started to collapse in on itself. All of the kids were going to be crushed and Izzy was almost one of the first. Right before she was, her mutant powers awoke and the rocks above her stopped collapsing, moving as she pleased.
"Es un mutante! Mátalo!" She heard the men shout, and the cave filled with gunfire. Izzy wasn't entirely sure how to react at first, but her powers decided for her, burrowing her deep underground, paving the way for her escape.
Over the years in the underground, Izzy dug all around the world with her new powers. She's been to China, Japan, Europe, Russia, Australia, Africa, and now the United States.
Sample RP:
Izzy popped her head out of the ground like a gopher and looked around slowly. She was on a hill in Central Park. Fantastic! She'd never ACTUALLY been to New York before! Scrambling out of the hole, she looked over herself. She was filthy, which she usually preferred.
Her clothes however...those were getting too small on her. Her shirt was small enough that you could plainly see her belly, and her pants were reaching up to her knees...even though they weren't shorts. She'd have to find a change of clothes. Closing up her hole in the ground, Izzy walked through manhattan looking like a straight up Orphan.
Getting to a store, she picked out a very modest shirt and a pair of overalls similar to the ones she saw miners wear on posters and TV when she entered a cafe. Paying with a very dusty $35, she hid behind the place and changed. Underwear? Who needs that? It would be perfectly fine. She didn't need them as she jumped back into another hole that materialized in the concrete and made a break for Times Square.
