Anti-Matter Containment Field
Rebecca is almost entirely composed of anti matter. Her skin and flesh acts as a containment field for it, preventing it from leaking out unless she allows it to. Anti-Matter will reform in her body rather quickly after its use.
What is Anti-Matter?
I realize some may not know what anti-matter is, so I'll give you this explanation. Anti-Matter is the exact opposite of matter. When the two are nearby, they attract to and destroy each other.
Matter Armor
Opposites seem to attract. Rebecca can select one molecule of matter that she is in physical contact with and her skin will mimic the material without restricting any movement. To destroy this armor and return to her usual state, she can release one molecule of Anti-Matter and wipe out that molecule of matter.
Anti-Matter Control
Rebecca can release and control large masses of anti-matter which destroy all forms of matter that they touch, but they are destroyed in the process. Please note this only works on solids, so the air or water will not be destroyed by the Anti-Matter molecules. This will commonly be used through direct physical contact to maintain control. She can also stand on masses of Anti-Matter to simulate levitation.
Peak Physical Condition
Being in peak condition, Rebecca is capable of benching 1000 lbs and leg pressing 800 lbs. She can also run at a maximum speed of 60 mph.

Matter
While it seems silly, large amounts of matter will cause her to use her Anti-Matter too fast, causing her to dry out and pass out. Possibly causing death.
Indestructible Matter
Theoretically, if there were a molecule of indestructible matter placed inside of Rebecca, she would not be able to destroy it, but be forced to use her Anti-Matter, almost definitely killing her.

Personality:
Coming across as cold and calculating, Rebecca is none of these things and really only uses them as an image. She is actually a very caring and scarred individual, believing herself to be doing the right thing, using fear to save her Mutant brethren. She does not put herself above others and is more than willing to spend time with and learn about other mutants, whether they're in the Brotherhood or not.
